Yes, the majority of our titles are aligned with the latest Australian Curriculum. Workbooks that meet these standards feature the official Australian Curriculum (AC) logo on the cover for easy identification.

Do you offer digital/PDF copies of your workbooks?
We do not offer digital copies of our workbooks for personal use, as we specialise in printed hardcopy versions.
However, our sister company, Blake Education, provides digital PDF versions of some of our workbooks. You can explore their offerings at blake.com.au.

How can I make an online purchase?
To place an order online:
- Select the product you wish to purchase.
- Click Add to Cart.
- When you're ready, click on the Cart icon (top right corner).
- Enter a Coupon Code if you have one.
- Click Checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order.
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t receive it, please check your junk or spam folder.

How do I use a coupon code?
You can enter your Coupon Code on the Cart page before proceeding to checkout. Simply click the cart icon in the top right-hand corner of the website, enter your code in the designated field, and click Apply.
Please note:
- Only one Coupon Code can be used per transaction.
- Make sure to check the terms and conditions of the offer before use.

Why doesn’t my coupon code work?
If your coupon code isn’t working, please check the following:
- The code has been entered correctly (coupon codes are case-sensitive).
- The coupon is active and has not expired (check the terms and conditions for expiry dates).
- The items in your cart match the conditions of the offer—some codes apply only to specific brands or products.

What if a product is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, you can request a notification by following these steps:
- Click on the product you’re interested in.
- A pop-up will appear indicating it’s currently unavailable.
- Enter your email address in the notification box.
- You’ll receive an email from us as soon as the product is back in stock.

Can I edit my order?
Once an order has been placed, you cannot make changes directly through your account.

Please note: Changes or cancellations requested after the order has shipped may incur additional delivery charges for returned items.
Can I price match or get a refund if a product goes on sale after I’ve purchased it?
We do not offer price matching or partial refunds for products purchased outside the specified sale period as outlined in the sale’s terms and conditions.

How do I use the Wishlist feature?
To create and manage a Wishlist:

What payment options are available?
We offer the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
- PayPal: Secure and fast checkout using your PayPal account. You will be prompted to log in during checkout. Please review PayPal’s terms and conditions as PayPal is independent of Pascal Press membership.

What do I do if I’m having an issue with PayPal Pay-in-4?
If you notice a “pre-authorisation” pending for your PayPal Pay-in-4 transaction, this is normal and usually clears within 72 hours. If the order was cancelled or did not go through, the funds will be refunded to your account.

Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within Australia is $7.95 for orders of physical books.
We do ship internationally; however, some products may have shipping restrictions or cannot be sent overseas. International shipping costs vary based on destination and package weight.
To order internationally, please complete your purchase as usual, including your delivery details and destination country. A Customer Service Representative will then contact you with a shipping quote.

How do I track my delivery?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details, delivery address, and a tracking number with instructions on how to track your shipment.
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to become active.

How long will my order take to arrive?
3–5 business days: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and NSW regional areas
4–5 business days: Regional Victoria, Queensland, and South Australia
5 business days: Perth (please allow an additional 2–3 days for regional Western Australia)

Returns & Cancellations
What are your return policies?
Please choose your products carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection.
We will provide a replacement or refund if your order is lost or damaged during transit, faulty, or significantly different from the product shown on our website.

Can I return my product if I no longer want it?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or if you no longer want the product.

Why can’t I log into my account?

Why isn’t the website loading properly?
