Returns Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund or exchange on items purchased for change of mind or incorrect selection. We will offer you a refund, at our discretion, if the item you purchased from us is lost or damaged in transit, is faulty, or is significantly different to the one shown on the website. If such is the case, we require notification within 30 business days of the recorded delivery date.

If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your order, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please note, it is important to take into account that it may take longer for us to receive your return due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or transport disruptions.

If you need to return an item, simply login to "My Account", view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please note that initiating the process of returning at item via ‘My Account’ does not guarantee the eligibility of a refund. Please wrap the items securely and return them, including your order number, name and contact details.
